Mix apples with first three ingredients. Spoon into a buttered 2-1/2-quart casserole. Drizzle with orange and lemon juices. Combine 3/4 C flour, brown sugar, and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add pecans. Spread over apples. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until apples are just tender. Serve warm with cream if desired. 10-12 servings.
