Preheat oven to 425°F. In food processor, cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in milk. Turn mixture onto lightly floured board; knead lightly. Roll to 1/2" thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2" biscuit cutter and place each on ungreased baking sheet about 1" apart. Bake for about 12-14 minutes.
