Ingredients

2 lb
fresh brussel sprouts, ends removed
1⁄2 c
Butter, melted
1⁄2 c
chopped roasted peanuts

Directions

Boil brussel sprouts in saucepan, uncovered, until tender and bright green (about 10 minutes). Drain. Transfer to warmed serving dish. Drizzle with butter and top with peanuts. Stir to coat evenly. 4-6 servings.
