Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add in extracts, then add in yolk. Sift flour and salt together; add blueberries to flour mixture. Add all to creamed mixture and mix together well, but do not over mix. Chill dough for 8 hours minimum. Scoop chilled dough with #60 cookie scoop and place onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until bottoms are lightly browned. 2 dozen.
