Clarified Butter

salt and pepper to taste

unsalted butter at room temperature
2 T
goat cheese at room temperature

Directions

Place garlic cloves in aluminum foil and pour clarified butter over them. Season with salt and pepper. Close aluminum foil and place in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Combine butter, goat cheese, and roasted garlic; smash with a fork until creamy.
