Ingredients

2 T
unsalted butter, browned
2 t
garlic
1 t
fig balsamic vinegar
6 T
truffle oil
  U
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt the butter in a small sauté pan. Once the butter has begun to brown, add the garlic. Place the butter garlic mixture in a heat-tempered bowl and reserve. Place the vinegar in a blender and turn on a low speed. Drizzle the browned butter-garlic mixture and the truffle oil into the vinegar slowly to create an emulsion. Season with salt and white pepper.
