1⁄2 lbbutter, unsalted, softened
2 Torange marmalade
1⁄2 tginger, ground
1 Torange zest
2 Tcrystallized ginger, minced
Whip butter until smooth and light. Add remaining ingredients and mix until all are well combined. Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
