Ingredients

1⁄2 lb
butter, unsalted, softened
1⁄4 T
horseradish
1 T
whole-grain mustard
1 t
sweet Hungarian paprika
  U
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Shape into a log using parchment or wax paper or use a mold to form. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours), slice into rounds as needed or transfer to plastic wrap to store.
