1⁄2 lbbutter, unsalted, softened
4 ozchevre, softened
1 Tkosher salt
1⁄2 Tblack pepper, ground
4 Tchives, finely chopped
Whip butter and chevre until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to butter and mix until all ingredients are well combined. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
