Ingredients

chopped onion

diced celery

Butter
3⁄4 c
flour

salt
1⁄2 t
each parsley, savory and thyme
1⁄4 t
garlic powder
1⁄4 t
ground pepper
1 1⁄2 c
milk
2 c
diced cooked turkey
4 U
carrots, sliced
2 c
chicken broth
10 oz
frozen peas

Directions

In large pan, cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in flour and seasonings; add milk, stirring until thickened. Add turkey, carrots, and broth. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add peas; cook until vegetables are tender. Makes about 2 quarts.
