frozen baby shrimp, thawed and drained

cottage cheese
1⁄2 c
Butter, softened
8 oz
cream cheese
2 T
each chopped green and red bell pepper
1 T
Dijon mustard
2 clv
garlic, minced
1⁄4 t
cracked black pepper
1⁄4 t
Paprika

Directions

In mixing bowl, cream butter and cheeses until light and fluffy; stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with cocktail pumpernickel bread. 2 1/2 cups.
